Our Design consultant will contact you to set up your décor appointment. The Design showroom offers countless décor ideas right at your fingertips!

It is a comprehensive design centre where you can choose the design elements that perfectly reflect your style.

When will I be contacted for my Color Selection Appointment?

We will contact you by phone to schedule your Color Selection Appointment, according to our construction schedule.

Can I request my Color Selection Appointment on a weekend?

We must have full access to both construction and head office personnel if needed, and therefore are limited to booking during business hours.

It is crucial that all scheduled appointments are kept, in order to meet the construction deadlines.

Construction is ongoing, so work with your Decor Specialist to schedule your appointment within the timelines set out and you will avoid missing out on important selections and/or changes. Give your appointment the importance it deserves because you deserve it!

When will my Color Selection Appointment take place?

They are scheduled Monday through Friday between 10am and 5 pm.

How long will my appointment last?

You should allow a maximum of 4 hours for your scheduled appointment, it may be completed in 2 or 3 hours, but allow yourself 4 hours, this is not something you want to rush through.

What do I do if I have questions prior to my appointment?

Any questions, concerns or customized model specific pricing will be provided at your appointment so please wait until then and your consultant will be more than happy to answer your questions.

When is payment required if I choose to purchase upgrades?

All items purchased require payment upon completion of your appointment and can only be processed, when payment is received.

What information will be discussed at my appointment?

We will send you an email with a document attachment called the Worksheet.

This document easily goes through the various options available to you as well as standard options per your Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Pricing on most items will be included in the worksheet so that you may review your choices and make some considerations prior to your appointment.
